  • 1 Cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee

Preparation Method:

Step 1: Roast besan in ghee on low flame until its colour turns from yellow to dark brown and it get aromatic.
Step 2: Let it cool down slightly.
Step 3: Mix sugar and cardamon.
Step 4: Make it shape of laddoo by using your fist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated coconut (fresh coconut)
  • 1 cup milk powder
